SET: First meeting is Thursday after-school. See Samantha Stephens, Mr. Swegarden, or Mr. Decker for questions; Samantha has prepared a slip for you!

COSTUMES
Hi Costume Crew!

Becky Comnick, our costumer, will be here on Friday, February 15, to start measuring and coordinating costumes. It would be great if you could be at our rehearsal that day to learn the process from the start!

Becky would like to get to know you and your skills as soon as possible. She has the following request:

“Ask them to send me a paragraph stating their name, grade, drama participation history and how they would like to help with costumes. Please tell them to include what costume, sewing, craft or makeup background skills they have. Finally, they should include what they want to learn working with me. “

Also on Friday is our “Meet the Director” potluck, where the entire cast, crew, and production team eats together in relative calm (compared to the chaos which will soon followJ). Please plan on coming and inviting your family, too! Stop by my room during the day on Thursday to let me know if you can make it and sign up for something to bring. Thanks for being willing to help out – we’re planning a fantastic show!
