Hello,

Great production meeting last night with tech, vocal, both choreo, Courtney Pikel and Christina Jordan (ADs) and me. We're forward planning this year much more than in the past. Especially exciting is the creative energy and work Courtney and Christina are putting in - their contributions, from getting extra calendars to thinking up additions is making the show better.

Rehearsal cancellations are determined by the District. No word yet.

Schedule change: Speech Big 9 is now March 19, not March 12. So musical practice for March 19 is cancelled, and there is choreography practice from 5 - 8 on March 12. Ask if questions.

Set construction: Last night we asked Joel for a couple more set additions and he's already running out of time and people power. So, spread the word:

Wed, 2.28: All day SET - stop in during free period
Thurs, 3.1: 5-7:30 SET
Fri, 3.2: 5-7:30 SET
Tues, 3.6: 5-7:30 SET
Wed, 3.7: 5-7:30 SET
Thurs, 3.8: 5-7:30 SET
Fri, 3.9: 5-7:30 SET
Sat, 3.10: SET during the day


Finally, Ann and Paul Allen have purchased and are designing our webpage!!
Check it out and thank them! They are also helping me think through a reserved seating process. As we have 2000 seats, we're probably looking at reserved by section, not individual seats.
