Call all music lovers!!!
We need some music for the show. 30 minutes preshow, 15 minutes intermission, one song post-show/during bows. We may also need 30 second clips during scene changes. I can do it, but have a suspicion better ideas will come from you than from my grateful dead collection from the 70s.
So - let's keep with the revolutionary theme, but, if possible, let's edge away from the blatantly raw politics, mostly. So either individual tracks that express that sentiment, or an artist/group that consistently does so. "Imagine" by Lennon might be in the individual track mode, while "Rage against the machine" might be in the group mode.
Please post YOUR suggestions here.
"Dirty Laundry" by Don Henley in 1982 - about the sensational nature of the press, would be ideal for a quick scene change into the print shop, but has some obscenities so it can't be the whole song. . .see, I told you my tastes were old!
