Stage Manager and Production Manager

Looking for students for two vital positions:

Stage Manager:  Work closely with the Director and actors to ensure successful production of the musical.  Duties include:

• Run auditions
• Coordinate student contacts/schedules
• Keep the blocking book
• Be "on book" for lines and coordination
• Prepare and run rehearsals with heavy assistance from Director
• Work with actors and director on problem-solving stage issues
• Call the show during final runs/performances

Production Manager: Provide oversight for the production committees.

• Track progress of each committee
• Solve needs or request assistance for solving
• Attend committee production meetings
• Provide timelines and guidance for each group
• Ensure successful progress of each committee

Shrek!

Shrek! will be the fall 2013 TheatreJM production.  This will be a big show, so lots of help we be needed.  But first, basics:

Auditions Sept 10 and 11 (choose one).  Sept. 12.  Cast posted September 13, 3pm.
Performances: Nov 6 Advisory.  Nov 6 12 Noon Senior Citizen preview.  November 7, 8, 9 with optional Nov 10.
